Package Your Items
Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all Rocky brand tags and labels are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
